1 The Service
Music Career AI ("Service") is an AI-powered music business advisor operated by Polsia Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"). The Service provides educational guidance on music contracts, royalties, distribution, publishing, sync licensing, and career strategy.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important: Music Career AI provides educational information, not legal advice. For binding legal guidance specific to your situation, consult a qualified entertainment attorney.
2 User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
- Notify us immediately at support@musiccareer.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3 Plans, Credits & Subscriptions

Base Plan — $19/mo

- Additional artists at $9/mo each
Credits are consumed by premium features: AI Task Generation (5 cr), Coaching Sessions (5 cr), Contract Analysis (15 cr), Press Kits (5 cr). Credits purchased never expire and roll over monthly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual billing is $182/yr ($15.17/mo). You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period.
4 Payment Terms
- Processor: all payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will retry. Continued failure will result in account downgrade to the free tier.
- Price changes: we will give 30 days notice before any price increase. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model or training data.
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls through technical means.
- Impersonate other users, artists, or industry professionals.
- Use the Service for spam, unsolicited outreach, or bulk data harvesting.
- Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
6 Intellectual Property
Your content: you retain ownership of any content you submit (artist profiles, questions, uploaded files). By submitting, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
AI outputs: responses generated by the AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may use them as a starting point for your own work. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated responses you receive.
Our platform: Music Career AI's branding, UI, underlying AI models, and codebase are owned by Polsia Inc. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our platform.
7 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI responses are accurate, complete, or up to date. Music industry laws and deal terms change frequently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polsia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI guidance. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
8 Termination
- By you: cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. You may request account deletion by emailing support@musiccareer.ai.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or non-payment.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination.
9 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the EU/UK: you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Contact support@musiccareer.ai before initiating formal proceedings.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
